Best way for preparation of the trek

Walking

Walking is the best way to prepare for the trek. You should walk two to three hours a day to either in the morning or in the evening, to increase your walking practice. You should walk at least six hours a day during the trek. Thus, unless you walk 2/3 hours a day it is impossible to complete the trekking in Everest region.

Running

Running is equally supportive for ebc trekking. IF you donot have enough time for walking then you must run one hour a day to increase your stamina of walking on mountain. Unless you make your body flexible by walking or running, you cannot complete the trek in Everest region.
